MONDAY, Aug 5 - Schools of all types: 

Caring God, we ask that You bless our schools of all types, both public, private, and in the home. Make our schools safe places with nurturing environments. Allow everyone in their midst to learn and grow. Amen. 

TUESDAY, Aug 6 - Students:  
Sustaining God, we pray that every child will have the opportunity for a quality education. We ask that this school year may be a time when we all appreciate and fully use God's gift of learning. We ask that You give all students at schools everywhere open minds and create in them a life-long love of learning. Amen.

WEDNESDAY, Aug 7 - Parents:  

Loving God, we pray that the parents of the students would be present and active in their children's education, serving as effective partners in the educational process. We pray that they would be guided by Your wisdom and love. Amen. 

THURSDAY, Aug 8 - Teachers, staff, and administrators: 

Almighty God, we ask Your blessings to be upon on all the teachers, staff, counselors, and administrators during the upcoming school year.  We ask Your blessings on those who prepare the lunches, those who drive the kids to school, and those who keep the schools clean and safe. Amen.

FRIDAY, Aug 9 - Colleges:  
Mother God, we ask Your blessings on all our colleges and universities and upon everyone who passes through their halls. May this year be a time of learning and exploring the possibilities that lie in all our college students, professors, and administrators. Amen.

Creator God, we now ask Your blessings on all schools everywhere as they begin to open their halls to students, young and old: Round Rock ISD (Aug 13th), Leander ISD (14th), Belton ISD (14th), Liberty Hill ISD (14th), Marble Falls ISD (14th), Florence ISD (14th), Jarrell ISD (14th), Georgetown ISD (15th), Austin ISD (20th), Southwestern University (26th).
